You don't need to be registered to the site in order to do the poll.
The poll title, two choices and video embed code are obligatory. No other than Youtube videos can be added.
Please note that the poll is published right after you press the publish button. It can be shared right away. However the poll is not shown in front page or in lists until it is moderated.
